Twitch CEO Emmett Shear is showing he is completely and utterly out of touch with the people who stream on and watch Twitch. out of touch with esports and video games, the bedrock of Twitch. even out of touch with some his own employees

Twitch needs more from its leader @eshear
@eshear it's not just about porn on Ninja's channel. it's the lack of commitment to secure Ninja, with other big streamers considering leaving. it's the numerous bad rulings and no consistency from Twitch on its bans for streamers, and a failure to address any of them to the community
@eshear even YouTube which is considerably larger than Twitch with more problems than Twitch in its own right, more scrutiny from the media and YouTube's own creators, and less competitors, has had CEO Susan Wojcicki do a solid job addressing problems

If YouTube can do it Twitch can too
@eshear Twitch told us to 'watch them closely and hold them accountable', and there's no one more accountable for the current state of Twitch than its CEO Emmett Shear

time to step up @eshear
@eshear as an aside my comments have no relation to that lame 'twitch is over party' hashtag earlier, which was in itself created in bad faith for personal gain
