“Heal” say the group of bad actors who have done irreparable damage to the Supreme Court.

For the rest of their time in the United States Senate NONE of these Judiciary Committee Democrats ever deserve to be taken seriously on the courts again.

“The Supreme Court is not well” says Mazie Hirono, who went on national tv and said Judge Kavanaugh didn’t *deserve* the presumption of innocence against their reckless character assassination game.. because of his views on Roe v Wade.

“The Supreme Court is damaged” -Richard Blumenthal, who was asked how Democrats could leak Dr. Ford’s sensitive allegations to the media for a partisan advantage in a Supreme Court confirmation and said “leaks happen.”

Senator Gillibrand’s views on guns and the NRA fluctuate based on which office she’s running for, and she’s not even on the relevant committee so there’s very little reason to give her position here tremendous consideration.

Lastly but perhaps most importantly, these Judiciary Democrats ALL signed on in support of career criminal @MichaelAvenatti
and his clown car Kavanaugh smear effort.

They are forever disqualified from discussion of the health of the US Supreme Court.

@MichaelAvenatti Not only did they send a letter saying the absurd Swetnick allegations Avenatti released were “credible,” (they weren’t) the aforementioned Senator from Hawaii went on CNN to discuss how credible she thought they were.

Judge THEIR credibility accordingly

Now, such a clause would prohibit the President from granting or withholding an office based on racial identity, and, in like vein, would prohibit the Senate from withholding consent to a nomination, or granting it, on the basis of racial identity.
