Hi @secureparking I just had a good experience with your parking service up until getting home and receiving an email telling me I had an additional $17 fee for LEAVING EARLY!? (i.e. freeing the space for more customers). I feel you failed to make this clear...
...here is the top content of the booking email, note it says "Booking end time", that is your first opportunity to make it clear I MUST leave within that timeframe, few would presume leaving early would be penalised from that...

...final point in the confirmation email you could've made it more clear is here but the wording is ambiguous; "outside of your booking time" for any reasonable person would suggest LATER than, not EARLIER than. Note also the generic link on "Read more" which goes to...
...goes to nothing but a generic help page. I don't even know what to search for in there, PLUS, I booked late so had no time to spend searching, nor any perceived need to. I am now left deeply disappointed and distrustful of your service which has previously been fine.
Please can you explain @secureparking what reason you have for charging me an additional $17 on top of a $12 parking cost because I left the space EARLY and therefore free for the rest of the afternoon essentially increasing chances of it making more revenue?
