NEW: A former UCLA student says Dennis Kelly gave him two invasive and inappropriate rectal exams in the 1990s. 48 patients at USC have made similar allegations towards him. buzzfeednews.com/article/sashau…
This is the first known sexual allegation against Kelly from his work at UCLA. Kelly left the university in 2002 with a confidential settlement that included a $68,320 payment. UCLA said it was “unrelated to allegations of sexual misconduct.”
Kelly was hired at USC a month after signing the settlement. Between then and August 2018, when he left the school, 48 patients allege he subjected them to invasive exams and made sexual remarks. buzzfeednews.com/article/sashau…

The census is constitutionally-mandated to begin in April 2020, under Article I, Section 2.

Trump is asking if he can IGNORE the Constitution b/c he doesn't like a SCOTUS decision.
#RELATED: The Supreme Court ruled against the Trump Administration's proposal to add a citizenship question to the 2020 Census...for now.

It would've led to a severe undercount, which would've rigged elections and resources in favor of white Republicans.

After missing their deadline, some feared Trump may actually try to defy the Constitution and the law.
