Simi has made a compact sourdough with masa harina

(After breakfast we go shovel/pitchfork mud and take dry mud to clean this swampy area, there's a stream 10 months of the year, so that it will look beautiful in 5 years.)

We moved in the moment the town let us. We didn't have drinkable water for a few weeks, so we drove to a spring down the road to fill jugs. We didn't have a table for months(!), so we ate on the floor.
