Wow. I love my AirPods, but these @AnkerOfficial Soundcore Liberty Neo bluetooth earbuds are pretty awesome.
@AnkerOfficial I can highly recommend them f you want a good sounding, well-behaving, isolating pair of bluetooth earbuds.

They block out almost all ambient sound (which may be good or bad depending on your needs).
@AnkerOfficial Their range is impressive as well — went downstairs with no dropouts whereas other bluetooth headphones start chopping up when I hit the stairs.
@AnkerOfficial Also… they are connected to (and 100% dedicated to) my 2015 MacBook Pro 15”, which is particularly finicky when it comes to bluetooth headphones, and they connect and re-connect very consistently.

I’m impressed. 👍🏻

I highly recommend it if you want to get a sense of how silicon valley, a microcosm of late capitalism, is basically one big pyramid scheme, and the myth of "meritocracy" is the ideological oil that makes the scam-machine run
when you watch it notice how the entire system is implicated in this frivolous, completely absurd waste of billions of dollars: the state, which failed to properly regulate the company and bowed to their lobbying pressure, while top politicians and bureaucrats greased the wheels

I made the sin this weekend of implying genetics wasn't the end-all, be-all of existence. A mundane statement from a cis person, but from a trans person those are fighting words that draw down a shitstorm of juvenile screaming unlike anything you have since since kindergarten
I had a lot of people demand I "debate" them, but let's be perfectly clear: It's not a debate when you going in labeling the other side a mentally ill sexual deviant. I don't "debate" people who only use the facade to yell at vulnerable minorities
BUT, I am of the opinion that education is VITAL to our society. While I won't try to educate some hatemonger screaming in my face or a fetishist trying to upset me because that's how he gets his jollies, I actually love educating. I wanted to be a teacher, once upon a time
