@hannahgais The organizer of this email had, for many years, been the director of the Journalism program at the Koch-funded libertarian Institute for Humane Studies. This institute trained scores of journalists who went on to work for a variety of outlets.

@hannahgais All of the people who've been exposed in this piece wrote lengthy defenses of (or tepid apologies for) their participation in the "Morning hate" email group. Read their words. Then ask yourself what you would do if you saw an email like the ones included in the story.

@hannahgais Imagine what sort of person would be a part of this "morning hate" group for THREE YEARS. Then make up your own mind as to whether you would ever employ one of these people or listen to a single word they ever had to say about anything ever again.
