1. One of the natural instinct of a great #leader is to always jump in to protect his team. But also a leader must know when to Turn his eyes. #MakingMen #LeadershipDevelopment
2. A leader must not turn his heart from the team but must equally know when to turn his eyes from them. #MakingMen #LeadershipDevelopment
3. Turning your heart from them is total abandonment when they need you most; while turning your eyes from them is a temporal shift to allow them grow through the challenge. #MakingMen #LeadershipDevelopment
4. Life is not all bed of roses; a successful man is not one without challenges or one whose challenges are always taken care of by others BUT he’s a man who has learnt how to walk through & over his challenges. #MakingMen #LeadershipDevelopment
5. If you keep shielding your team members from the storm when you are with them; they will never know how to deal with the storm when you are no longer with them. #MakingMen #LeadershipDevelopment
6. The wings to fly by yourself is made stronger by flying by yourself not being carried on others backs. #MakingMen #LeadershipDevelopment
7. Hence, TURN YOUR EYES AWAY from that particular challenge and if they ever sink more than necessary Let your heart bring back your eyes to save them. #MakingMen #LeadershipDevelopment
8. In short, let them handle challenges without your help at least to the point where your help is inevitable or they “die”. #MakingMen #LeadershipDevelopment
