I’m actually writing a story about the post-El Paso landscape for Latino journalists and newsrooms. I want to work to reflect diversity within our group — ethnicity, geography, big and small media organizations, etc. So if you have experiences you want to share feel free to DM!

This is interesting. An AOC advisor told me after she won that they saw this with white liberals supporting Abolish ICE but Latinos focuses on health care and housing.
African-Americans “hold two beliefs simultaneously — the belief that blacks should take responsibility for their own success but also that there still are systemic barriers to doing so.”
