1 the govt. has fabricated false docs. to try to prove the decision to prorogue later than it was &
2 civil servants were ... 2/
... asked to verify these fake docs by affidavit (i.e. asked to perjure themselves) but refused.
Hence the govt. produced at the last minute a fistful of redacted documents not verified by witness statement.
This, if true, is extremely serious and very probably criminal.

Grieve now on his feet making a speech about these documents, the failure of the govt. to prove them properly, ‘reliable’ sources who have provided information he considers scandalous, discussing the possibility the Queen was misled.
11 Sep 2019 - Scottish court rules prorogation unlawful. Yet to see the judgments but I read here the court found the Queen was misled when advised to prorogue. So many things follow from this. Let’s see what happens in Gina Miller’s case on 17/09 assuming it goes ahead.
