The jail transferred Epstein's cellmate which left him alone in his cell just 2 weeks after being taken off suicide watch – a procedure violation. Then, the guards failed to do the mandatory 30 minute check-ins on him the night before he died.

Virginia Roberts Giuffre was a teenage spa attendant at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago when she was recruited by Ghislaine Maxwell to give Epstein massages that often resulted in molestation/rape.
