Welcome back for another season of the recap thread. For those of you new to the thread, this is meant to be a quick hitting recap of every game (3 points per team) through a dynasty lens. There isn't a ton of context provided, but I have faith you can follow along.

This runs every week during the season, barring any life events, as well as a few times in the offseason. Let's get started on week 1!

Packers vs Bears
GBP
- Rodgers looked rough, but we know what he can do
- Messy backfield (still), holding Jones
- WR volume will be fine, no panic

CHI
- Trubisky isn't good, but he can still produce
- Buying Montgomery AND Cohen
- Selling ARob if his value jumps

Titans vs Browns
TEN
- Mariota looks better, buying still
- AJB > Davis, I fear
- Delanie lives, but Jonnu is on the prowl

CLE
- Rough start for Baker, he'll bounce back
- Good time to buy Hunt before everyone remembers he exists
- Buying OBJ, Landry, and Njoku

Ravens vs Dolphins
BAL
- LJax looks great, but Dolphins
- I don't expect Ingram to dominate touches for long
- Move Hollywood way up, Andrews confirmation

MIA
- Yikes, possibly the worst team ever
- Buying Preston, Gesicki
- Selling everything else

Vikings vs Falcons
MIN
- Game script killed the passing game, chill
- Healthy Dalvin in the tier 1 RB conversation
- Selling Rudolph, buying Irv

ATL
- Might be able to get Matt Ryan at a discount, still
- Freeman didn't look good, still holding
- Hooper a great TE value

Bills vs Jets
BUF
- Allen's rushing floor solid, buying
- Get Singletary before it's too late
- Smokey was the WR1 all along, sell the rest of 'em

NYJ
- Darnold consistently mediocre, selling
- Bell will get ALL the touches, buying
- Crowder locked in for a billion targets

Eagles vs Washington
PHI
- Wentz looked great, impossible buy
- Avoiding the backfield like the plague
- DJax best ball asset, buying Alshon and JJAW

WAS
- Keenum nice value menu QB
- Not out on Guice, but that wasn't promising
- Targeting McLaurin and CT aggressively

Rams vs Panthers
LAR
- Go buy Gurley from the fish
- WRs will take turns eating, hold
- Blocking TE suddenly catching... Interesting

CAR
- Cam buy window officially open
- CMC RB1
- Moore was always the answer, but Samuel will get work

Chiefs vs Jaguars
KCC
- Shady and DWill can coexist, buying on contenders
- Sammy WR1 SZN (not really, but we can dream)
- Tyreek can go chase parked cars, imo

JAX
- All the FAAB on Minshew in SF/2QB
- Selling Lenny on the value increase
- Buying up Dede and Chark

Chargers vs Colts
LAC
- Rivers forever a QB1, buying on contenders
- Buying Melvin, selling Ekeler
- ALL the Keenan, selling MWill

IND
- Jacoby looked solid, likely still cheap
- Mack is going to be a thing, isn't he? Smh
- Buying up TY and Parris, stashing Cain

Seahawks vs Bengals
SEA
- Efficient Russell is efficient (shocking)
- Selling Carson's TDs, looked mediocre
- DK and Lockett can both eat, buying

CIN
- Dalton remains one of the best value QBs around
- Mixon hurt? This is why Gio got the bag, buy Gio
- Buying AJG, Boyd, and Ross

Cowboys vs Giants
DAL
- Dak looked great, buy before market corrects
- Zeke will be fine, hold
- Amari and Gallup both with big upside, buying

NYG
- We'll get Jones soon enough, Eli is trash
- Buy Tate before he comes back
- Evan Engram TE1? Evan Engram TE1

Cardinals vs Lions
ARI
- Up-tempo Kyler looks good, other Kyler does not
- The return of DJ, buying
- Getting Fitz ONLY on contenders, KeeSean sneaky buy

DET
- Volume Stafford is our favorite Stafford
- Shaky start for Kerryon, holding
- Hock is a monster, Amendola free points

49ers vs Bucs
SF
- Jimmy G looked bad, time to sell
- Backfield died, Breida/Mostert will eat
- Fade Pettis, buy Deebo

TBB
- Jameis is BAD, who could've seen that coming?
- RoJo will prevail, buying while he's still cheap
- Evans, Godwin, and OJH will be fine, just a tier lower

Patriots vs Steelers
NEP
- Brady is short term QB1, no question
- Fading the backfield, big surprise
- AB, Flash, and Edelman are the senior version of the Rams

PIT
- Ben looked like he ate whatever ability he had
- Conner mostly scripted out, will be fine
- Juju buy window?

Saints vs Texans
NOS
- Brees looked fine, but clearly on decline
- Kamara pushing CMC for RB1 crown
- Ginn was free money, great best ball asset

HOU
- Watson will be QB1 in dynasty by January
- Hyde rejuvenated, still want Duke
- Stills for cheap > Fuller/Coutee at current value

Raiders vs Broncos
OAK
- Carr looked fine, limited upside
- Jacobs looked really good, top 12 RB convo
- Tyrell and Waller will be too expensive now :/

DEN
- BREAKING: Joe Flacco is bad
- Full on RBBC, prefer Freeman in dynasty
- Sutton looked phenomenal, Manny too
