We obtained the phone logs and calendars of President Trump's chief offshore oil and gas regulator, Scott Angelle, which show that he had dozens of meetings and phone conversations with oil and gas industry groups: americanoversight.org/document/bsee-…
Rep. Haaland asked the Interior Department's Daniel Jorjani why the department only provided redacted phone logs to Congress but gave an unredacted copy to American Oversight.
This is why we file Freedom of Information Act requests that parallel congressional requests. If the Trump administration tries to stonewall Congress, we can make the records public anyway.

Rep. Haaland just asked DOI’s Daniel Jorjani why the department only provided redacted phone logs to Congress but gave an unredacted copy to American Oversight in response to our FOIA. He didn’t have a good answer.

An impeachment investigation is absolutely warranted in light of the extraordinary allegations about President Trump's dealings with Ukraine. If true, the president's conduct may have not only violated criminal laws but transcended into the realm of high crimes and misdemeanors.
Congress has a duty to uncover the truth and hold the president accountable, along with anyone inside or outside of government who has abetted these transgressions.
If the White House continues to engage in unprecedented blanket obstruction of every investigation, Congress should treat that as an independent basis for constitutional accountability. Lawlessness and impunity are unacceptable alternatives.

1) For a while now, I’ve been searching for evidence that Mitch McConnell was influenced by a foreign power. His refusal to protect Mueller, his blocking of a bipartisan statement on Russian interference ahead of the 2016 election, it strikes a lot of people as suspicious.
2) I have no blockbusters, nothing damning (trust me, I wish that I did), but I do have what I believe is a good roadmap of areas that should be investigated further.
3) Let me start with a question: In 2007, Mitch McConnell’s estimated net worth was $7.8 mllion. In 2008, it jumped to $17 million. What happened?
