Two months ago I began asking community members what they wanted to ask #ralpol candidates.

I got nearly 150 questions and tons of comments. Here's what we did with them. 1/
We looked at those questions/comments for themes and settled on 15 yes or no questions. Some candidates weren't happy with the yes/no format but we felt it gave people a firm idea of where people stood without the normal wiggle room. 2/
With the help of @queenalma19 we created interactive questionnaires for each of the races that we hope are useful in making your election decisions.

Two months ago the Trump Administration announced a plan to relocate two USDA agencies across the country to Kansas City.

The civil servants at those science and research agencies, @USDA_ERS and @USDA_NIFA, were told to move their families across the country or be fired. 1/

Here are a few tweets to explain why I'm really concerned about the Moon 2024 program. As one DC source told me, "The human spaceflight enterprise is about to go over the cliff."
The @VP set this into motion nearly two months ago now. He gave an absolutely tremendous speech, highlighting some of NASA and the aerospace industry's problems. He identified some solutions. Honestly, it was brilliant.

NASA was asked how much funding it needed to accomplish this, and the answer was a lot. ($6b-$8b a year, per sources). What was the White House response to this? Naturally, they said that is way too much, and Congress will never support it.

Two months ago Portugal signed an agreement with Huawei for the Chinese company to build our 5G network. As I noted at the time, not a single news item. Today there was a sudden Huawei commotion.
Believe it or not, at the time all we knew was that 17 agreements would be signed. I speculated here that one or two might be important or Xi Jinping would not have travelled to Portugal
A couple days later I received an email from a kind source with the agreements and there was the Huawei one. But none of that was public.

Two months ago, the Daily Caller published a pretty definitive report showing Jerome Corsi helped defraud his audience out of $25,000 to help a phony cancer patient get treatment from a nonexistent doctor. Have any authorities looked into this yet? dailycaller.com/2018/12/13/cor…
Like, it’s not a complicated case. The doctor doesn’t exist. The supposed “patient” registered the fake website for the doctor’s nonexistent clinic. Corsi claimed the imaginary doctor was a miracle worker who had treated a family member. Corsi’s listeners coughed up $25,000.
The press has basically done all the work here. All some prosecutor has to do is find the “patient” and mop up.

Here’s an important thread about a serial killer, and the crimes police want you to know about. And the crimes they don’t want you to know about. Please bear with me. There’s a lot to say.
It’s about Elizabeth Wettlaufer-a former nurse who is serving a life sentence for killing 8 patients and harming 6 more. Her crimes went undetected for almost a decade, until she decided to confess.
She was sentenced, in 2017, and the public has likely believed all her crimes had been publicly disclosed. Turns out, they weren’t.

Two months ago I announced to Twitter that I'd be spending less time Twittering, as work commitments had changed. Some misinterpreted this and thought I'd got a new job - that was not the case.

It was the last gasp of my then job.

I was made redundant at the end of September.
Since the end of the month, I've been less active on here as I take stock and find other things to occupy my time. I have considered whether I should re-intensify my Twittering and possibly start blogging on Brexit but I'm not sure. I'm still in a bit of a limbo with regards work
So I'm not sure what I will be doing over the next couple of months. Perhaps a change of direction. People seem to appreciate the stuff I post on here so maybe there's a future in that somehow. I'm really not sure.
