A rare one. Prepurchased a room through @priceline at @NovotelNYC, @Accorhotels. Have emailed receipt and confirmation number. Get here and....no room. And can’t speak to reservations person cause they’re in a meeting. And sold out. So thanks @NovotelNYC - Homeless in New York.
...if anyone has a couch I can sleep on, it will be better than the sidewalk I’ve apparently prepaid full price for in front of @NovotelNYC.
...the most amazing thing about having no hotel room even thought I paid for it through @Priceline - staff says they can’t do anything without the reservations manager. But he is in a meetig, they say, so I have to sit in the lobby.
