It might be enough to take the wind out of the @AMZNforClimate movement
* it gives you most of what they want
* but not enough to actually enact real change in a short timescale
* it stops Amazon having to get into politics or ditch customers ...

...and it's over a timescale that is too far into the future for @AMZNforClimate to sustain itself - 2024 and 2030.
What worries me is that this is strategically very clever, and from a PR point it's very cynical.
But then, I am a little cynical about how Amazon does PR.
