One thing I like about Young Justice is the main villain team, “The Light.”

I would say Black Adam because he’s very smart, is the ruler of a nation (like Queen Bee in the YJ continuity) and can go toe to toe with Superman.

These are the most powerful villains because they are the masterminds, the planners.
Deathstroke is their main henchman, so that’s covered also.
