The "whistleblower" themself admitting they were reporting secondhand information allegedly heard by other people.
And again:

"I was NOT a direct witness to most of the events described"
Lots of legal speak in here including citing codes they "thought" were violated and knowledge of classification standards, mentioning of EO's, etc.
Again referencing what other people said.

Putting their own narrative/spin on it by claiming Trump was trying to help his own 2020 re-election.

Trump wanted allegations looked into regarding Ukraine having a DNC server that was examined by CrowdStrike.

Dmitry Firtash was also indicted for bribery by a federal grand jury in Chicago in 2014 for bribing government officials in India for access to minerals/titanium that was destined for Boeing. Shokin claimed Biden also interfered in that case, but ...

Shokin said Biden interfered to prevent Firtash from returning to Ukraine.

Firtash was arrested in Austria in 2014 & freed on bond pending extraditon to the US. Then a judge nixed extradition to the US claiming it was politically motivated...

Then a higher Vienna court ruled in 2017 that Firtash COULD be extradited back to the US. Firtash attorneys have since re-opened the case to delay extradition, though, as of July 2019.

Oklahoma City Attorney Keegan Harroz was arrested Sept 13 & charged w/ witness intimidation.

She bonded out of jail, then was promptly re-arrested by the Feds for a misdemeanor ammunition offense.

It turns out that....

...earlier this month several people were found shot dead in a triple homicide, including Tiffany Eichor. Turns out Eichor, who is now dead, is the ex-girlfriend of Harroz' boyfriend.

Harroz was also allegedly harrassing Eichor and her boyfriend, Barry Titus, who previously dated Eichor, was also charged with domestic abuse against Eichor.

this version of the form (datestamp Sep 25, 2019) permits submission of second-hand material, which was not permitted according to document entitled Information About Filing a Disclosure of Urgent Concern posted on Sep 23, 2019 here
3/ thus far, I haven't been able to confirm the original provenance of the Information About form placed online by @PedroIsraelOrta on Sep 23. It looks real, but needs to be confirmed.

Congress & White House have a history of fighting abt what classified material Congress can have on demand. In this case, a fed’l law says that a #whistleblower complaint that the Inspector Gen’l finds “urgent” be sent to Congress Intel Committees. So what is “urgent”?
The federal law defines “urgent” as “A serious or flagrant problem, abuse, violation of law or Executive order,..., or operations of an intelligence activity involving #classified information...” among other things. This appears to be the relevant part of the #whistleblower story
Congress states “Congress as a co-equal branch of Gov’t, is empowered by the Constitution to serve as a check on the executive...it has a ‘need to know’ of allegations of wrongdoing...including allegations of wrongdoing in the Intelligence Community.” bit.ly/32RviOp
