One interesting thing I saw on one of @MSNBC's shows last night was the report that, should @ewarren take the Democratic nomination next year, some usually Democratic Wall Street donors might back Trump in 2020.

As surprising as that might seem, it may not be that surprising after all. Back in the 1930s, some of the Wall Street tycoons of that era, along with gun makers such as Remington Arms, planned to overthrow FDR.

And by the way, the names of some of those mentioned as having taken part in that is as shocking as the plot itself. Included were:

-Al Smith (1928 Dem. nominee)
-Prescott Bush (father of one future POTUS and the grandfather of another)
-The DuPonts
-Elihu Root, a previous Secretary of State
-Remington Arms

And many others were in on the plot to overthrow FDR, which was exposed by Gen. Smedley Butler, the Military Industrial Complex's original whistleblower.
