Bloomberg Law published a smear that temporarily cost Leif Olson his job, then they spent a month defending that smear. The finally retracted the original article, but still haven't explained how it happened.

Bloomberg Law was forced into a retraction after a FOIA request from @tedfrank showed the publication and reporter responsible had misrepresented Olson's post and then lied about it.

A simple retraction just isn't enough. @bloomberglaw owes it to their readers to explain how this happened, and what they will be doing to ensure it won't happen again. At least if they want to maintain credibility as a serious outlet.
