You just can imagine the kinds of knives you will find the moment a Cow’s lifeless body hits the ground. If not for desperation, why show concern here when innocent and unarmed students were murdered on your behalf & all you did was incriminate the ones the bullets missed?
I surgically pick the events I attend surgically. I have great respect for Kiki Mordi and Charlie Northcott thus my honoring the invite. I had a long day already but it was worth it all save for the hypocritical interlude by the desperado seeking global recognition at all cost.
You were the CEO of African Women Development fund that claimed to have raised Millions of dollars for women empowerment, please tell the world Distinguished First Lady @bislafayemi...How many Sexual Harassment prevention Clinics did you fund? At least you’ve been FL twice now.
As an organization, we have been dealing with sexual violence/assault survival for years without beating drums and in touch with organizations championing this cause but yet to see this surface in any of your speeches, programs, sponsorship or activities covertly or overtly.
As a minister’s wife did you ever raise your voice in support for the Sexual Harassment Bill our Gender Equality Bill? 🤔

HE @aishambuhari in many ways have shown her concern and commitment to a lot of issues in this region (covertly mostly) but in your case it has been Nil.
I wish you well however and pray that God speaks to your heart to find genuine purpose. Playing on the trends for clout is something we scold our youth for on Twitter and this needn’t be extended to First Ladies. Let’s be sensitive. #SGBV conversation is serious.
The shooters of innocent unarmed students of FUOYE are still being shielded till date yet you pretend to cry and laugh over #SexForGrades? Student Union banned in FUOYE even after killing them. Where your humanity? I’m I the only one seeing through this grand hypocrisy?

I was moved to tears yesterday while at the orderly room trial, when the Adjudicating Officer opened the session with an admonition. He faced the petitioner & asked him to name any Nigerian living or dead who is doing/have done what @segalink has been doing in the past years.

For the past 4hours we have been in the orderly room trial of the rogue officers that abducted, assaulted, and robbed @toniastro_ at gun point. They were a team of 6 involved in the gang rape of his fundamental human rights but thus far only 4 were present at the trial. #SRU
The Provost Marshal is strict and by the book. He has demanded for the arrest of others involved, who the accused are trying to shield as it is their custom. Thus far, justice is taking its toll and by tomorrow the office of the PPRO will release a statement once it concludes.
While we were there more cases kept pouring in from Area H Ogudu which from all evidences have proven to be the hub of criminals in police uniform, who are dedicated to terrorizing citizens in the area. Two more cases are in process involving robbery, assault & abduction.

An IT Staff of WEMA Bank, who worked overnight & was on his way back home was summarily abducted by rogue @PoliceNG officers seeking ransom in the early hours of this morning. They’ve switch off his phone & we’re yet to locate their position. We suspect TaskForce or Anti Cultism.
These predators MUST never be allowed to continue this way. We can not continue to go around in circles. The Commander if Anti Cultism in Lagos MUST be removed. The criminal hideout in SACS Gbagada is inimical to our dignity & human rights. Warn Area commanders aiding this.
The IGP should see this as the last call lest we begin to grapple with citizen-led policing. We’ll no longer be sitting ducks for rogues robbing & kidnapping innocent citizens going about their business. We’ll begin a search for Ugo & where he is being held will be shutdown.

#SexForGrades: My project topic was approved on December 16, 2016. I submitted my first chapter in August 2017, almost 9 months later, not because I was dull, lazy or unserious, but because my supervisor was a known wolf in the world of sexual harassment.
The day I went to submit my first chapter, I went with a male friend who was close to the lecturer. He was very understanding and willing to help me. The second time too, he accompanied me. The third time was the last time. Because the lecturer looked at both of us, laughed-
-and told us, “why are you always coming to my office with A*****? Is he now your bodyguard?” We looked at each other and we just knew that that was the last time.

Glad to see #SexForGrades trending in Nigeria and Ghana. If you did not hear of rape/coercion/sex for grades while you were in Nigerian university, it is because you did not want to hear. These are not exceptions. One can safely say it is standard practice in most places.
There are things some of us can say, people we can name, but it is not my story and only those victims can decide if they want to speak up and when they feel ready to do so. I know people who were raped several times and still failed. I know lecturers who used to brag about this.
There was a lecturer who taught a non law elective course. We all thought he was a funny guy. He would say, sometimes: don't think because I slept with you, you will just come and get A or B.
