Interesting to see it all tumbling down so suddenly. There's real momentum now, because the pressure on him causes him to behave in an even more overtly lunatic way, causing more pressure, etc. But if it were done when 'tis done, then 'twere well It were done quickly:
The goal of everyone in politics and law-enforcement is to set aside all personal feelings and focus on landing this plane safely. Offer him any inducements imaginable to resign, promise him a Nobel prize, promise pardons for him and his family, awards, even--just get him out,
before he does more damage, or even damage from which the world will never recover. Set aside your pride, set aside vengeance or showboating for your own career, set aside any feeling you have about the man, just treat him as a massive IED that needs to be defused
--which is *exactly* what he is.
