The "We made America great" communication was obtained by the bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee, which detailed today a sweeping social media effort to help elect Donald Trump that reached millions of Americans.

A lot of the Senate Intelligence Report remains blacked out, including a section on *ongoing* activities by Russia.

When I read the "tiny bottle of champagne" I did a double take. I read it again, and again, and again. Usually these reports are pretty dry. But Kremlin-backed operatives literally popping bubbly?

It does suggest one reason why Senate Rs and Ds who have seen the secret Intel have been consistent in saying Russia interfered. And the bipartisan report is unequivocal: that interference was aimed at helping Trump and hurting Clinton.

Senate Intel report is very detailed; a lot has been reported before:
*Russian fake accounts attacking Mitt Romney when Trump was considering him for Secretary of State
*Attacks on Ted Cruz/Marco Rubio during the Republican primary
*Extremely successful fake news stories
