DOJ filed a civil lawsuit against real estate developer Atlantic Development Group, LLC and Peter Fine for building apartment buildings with inaccessible conditions.

The company’s been doing it for 15 years through areas of NY, so why is this suit only now coming to light?
They haven’t complied with the Fair Housing Act’s accessibility requirements all of that time in the construction of 68 apartment buildings throughout Bronx, Manhattan, and Westchester counties.

Doesn’t the state of New York also have their own building laws?
The DOJ lawsuit is asking that all of those apartments be retrofitted to be accessible to those with disabilities, they want them to change their procedures/policies, and tenants compensated.
Many of the buildings involved were meant for low income residents and Atlantic received tax exemption certificates for developing those buildings.

LOL....NYT did puff piece in 2008 about Atlantic and Peter Fine about how the “former social worker (Peter Fine)” was worried he wouldn’t be able to build many more affordable homes due to bureaucracy. Yet, he did it anyway.

Atlantic reportedly gave donations to the then Obama White House Office of Urban Affairs President Adolfo Carrión Jr., who was also the former Bronx borough President.
Gee, I wonder what ever happened to that investigation...

Fan Yang, a Navy Lieutenant in Anti-Submarine Warfare unit at NAS Jacksonville, and his wife Yang Yang, were arrested for firearms charges, making false statements to a firearms dealer & conspiracy to violate US law.

Canadian seafood wholesaler Seven Seas Fish Company & it’s owner John Heras pleaded guilty to illegally importing over 9,000 lbs. of rotten/spoiled fish into the US to Washington state and other areas.
They bought the fish from a seafood company in Mexico and then tried to import it into the US. FDA safety officers found that 1/3 of their samples were over 20% spoiled, so they were refused entry into the US.
Somehow, they found a way to ship it into the US anyway. Looks like they claimed they were going to ship it back to Canada through the US, but then ended up distributing it in the US anyway.

It's being reported that #ElChapo's son Ovidio Guzmán was captured in Sinaloa, Mexico and there's just about an all-out war going on between the Mexican military/police and the cartels. It's not clear if his son Ivan was captured or killed.

Wade & Amanda hit rock bottom in 2011. They fixated on film scripts instead of jobs. Wade auctioned off MJ items for cash & begged estate for gig. New child, more expenses, no income, panic attacks & a lack of creativity and talent to finish any of the film projects they started.
By 2012, Wade's former entertainment career was in shambles. Jobs were given to his rivals, including Jamie King for MJ One (represented by same agency as Wade). He couldn't fulfill role as big-time director, having resigned from Step Up. Marital arguments and freak-outs ensued.
Rather than taking medicine that Wade's doctors prescribed to treat his mostly financial-related anxieties & depression, he narcissistically refused while desperately trying to find another way to blame others for his failures and misfortunes (even using his own kid as a cause).

(3) The one quote from which all of this speculation originates comes from an informant who ratted out the Gotti family and has a reputation for sensational false claims. Kasman hasn't visited the jail Epstein was held in since 1992.

On July 25, 2012 Taliban fighters in Kunar province Afghanistan successfully targeted a US Army CH-47 helicopter with a new generation Stinger missile. The terrorists didn't properly arm the missile, so it didn't explode, it only downed the chopper. #Benghazi
The next day, an EOD team arrived to pick through the wreckage and found unexploded pieces of a missile casing that could only belong to a new generation Stinger missile. Lodged in the right nacelle, they found one fragment that contained an entire serial number.
