First, we have the stinkingly rich folks - they may even look unintelligent educationally, but they run countries, counties, states, communities.

For example, politicians, rulers, fortune 500 leaders, etc.
Secondly, we have the barely surviving folks - gosh, they are schooled (with good, fair and poor grades/certificates), they complain about the rich folks and how they steal all available money.

For example, teachers, doctors, bankers, etc.

1.have the list of all roads in a state and categorize them into a) new construction b) repairs c) Maintanance

2. Contract different companies for each category. (This will improve competitiveness and allow new firms with less influence on the govt to bid for jobs and also increase employment especially for Engineering graduates)
3. Roads that fall under REPAIRS, should be zoned In A way that EVERY WEEK of the month, 2 or three roads are being repaired. Make an alternative route for commuters. At no point In time should there be zero activity of road repairs in a State.

Every time I meet a new intersex person, I hear at LEAST 1 of

1⃣It's my first time meeting someone
2⃣They told me I never would
3⃣I didn't know if I was "intersex enough"
4⃣I was out as gay/trans for much longer
5⃣I only knew I had a 'medical thing'

1⃣ This is all political. Keeping people medicalized, small in numbers, and in the dark about finding others slows social change.
2⃣ Intersex is still viewed as medically 'fixable' in ways that are horrifying when understood in an LGBT context: once they have operated/blasted with hormones that person is now 'normal' and 'cured.'
