Judge: If @realDonaldTrump stole a car, drove to a bank, coldcocked the security guard, shot & killed five bystanders, robbed $2 million from the safe, and used the money from the heist to buy 15 kilos of cocaine, could he be prosecuted by local authorities?

In case you’re wondering, this was obviously not the way the question was posed in court by the judge this week. But that WAS the position of Trump’s attorney. He argued that Trump could NOT be investigated or prosecuted for a crime—the example he gave was murder—while in office.
By the way, I would have made Trump’s crime even more elaborate if Twitter allowed more than 280 characters! 😉
