4. BTW, we hear that some Marsabit local politicians are behind the case with the idea to shake down & obtain a handcheque. The Laisamis community might still be shafted even if they win the case.

Duale is still sitting on the Community Land Act of 2016.

5. We have it on good authority that @LTWPOfficial & @AGOfficeKenya have borrowed heavily from Gitson Energy's Civil Appeal 47 of 2014 to fight the suit.

Ironically, GoK is using Justice Kantai's ruling against the Laisamis community to oppose Gitson's JR324.

6. In fact, a Justice Njoroge allowed @LTWPOfficial construction to continue - dancing on the heads of the community. Judiciary capture is real.

7. BTW, Ukur Yatani, now CS Treasury, was the Governor of Marsabit from 2013. Can he tell us whether the Suswa-Loiyangalani (264Km of KE-ETH interconnector) way leave money worth billions was paid according to the Community Land Act?

8. To answer, not a penny has been paid & yet @WorldBank has already released the funds. Where is the💸? When Yatani was Governor, he supported @LTWPOfficial (310MW) but opposed Gitson Energy (300MW).
