I'm gonna say circa 1917 Buick Model D touring, but back window seems a tad off #DavesCarIDService
1963 Chevy Biscayne, 6 cylinder motor, and the toughest looking toddler I have ever seen #DavesCarIDService
Car lingo: in 50s-80s, "sedan" generally refers to a car with metal framing around door windows (also called "post" cars). without frame, "hardtops." There are 2dr sedans and 4dr hardtops. Oddly, sedans are lighter than hardtops.
The Hot Wheels "Twin Mill." First made as a toy, then realized as a full size show car replica. #DavesCarIDService
car on right is circa 1915 Ford Model T; left (I think) is 1915-ish Buick roadster (Buick was one of the few US cars making right hand drive by then) #DavesCarIDService
Ford Model T pretty much standardized left side steering wheel on US cars, but their foot pedals are weird by modern standards. GM cars standardized the clutch-brake-throttle layout, and Ford adapted that standard on the Model A
yep, kind of like a tractor, and is a primitive cruise control. I've got a '29 Ford Model A and it still has throttle and spark advance on steering column (tho it does have foot throttle too)
1939 Buick coupe, with its unfortunate mustache grille #DavesCarIDService
2003-ish Mexican-made Avanti, the car design that refused to die #DavesCarIDService
The original 1962-3 Raymond Loewy-designed Studebaker Avanti was a gorgeous car but not enough to save the company from doom. Several ventures kept the design going for 40+ years; first ex-Studebaker guys, then the 70s-90s Avanti II, then last gasp 2006 Mexico-made model
1957 GMC 100, kinda like it says in big letters on the front #DavesCarIDService
1965 Mercury Comet Caliente convertible with rare air conditioning option #DavesCarIDService
Actually a 1975-ish Citicar, a Florida-made electric
just spitballing here, but fenders and flathead 6 engine make me sense early (1938-ish) Dodge Power Wagon tho I've never seen one as a long wheelbase dually
1916 or so Ford Model T delivery van, and sorry about your gramps
A quite rare (for Ford) 1935 or 36 Ford humpback phaeton (ht @SamValley ) #DavesCarIDService
@SamValley 1941 Chrysler Newport dual cowl phaeton, custom built by LeBaron, and once again this is Dave's Car ID Service, not I Get a Prize If I Stump This Guy
@SamValley I'm saying 1922-ish Nash touring, based on 6-lug steel wheels, but not 100% certain #DavesCarIDService
@SamValley 1955 Citroen 2CV, aka "Deux Chevaux," the car that reeks of cheese, cheap wine, and accordion music
@SamValley *1955-ish
