I am not usually a big fan of yelling at elected officials-no one is rendered more amiable by being harangued by a crowd.

But I applaud the fans at Nationals Stadium for letting *45 have it last night, and here’s why:

First, and most obviously, he’s been existing in a fool’s paradise, coddled and cushioned by his many layers of sycophants, completely shielded from any input from the public. There have been protests in front of the White House for over 400 days.

It’s about time he understands he really is historically unpopular.
Second, this is a guy who has been listening to chants of “Lock her up” at his little hate rallies since 2016, at least.
Learn what it feels like, pally.

Third, his Posse Complicitus needs to understand there WILL be consequences of shielding and abetting a criminal. Their hands will not be found clean, and there is a very good chance their own historic unpopularity will catch them, too.

And finally, fourth: We MUST speak out while we still can. The time for legislators to protest the chants was when Mike Flynn first lead the chant against Hillary Clinton, before the 2016 election. Where was your righteousness then?

Now it is The People’s turn to speak.
And if their roar of legitimate power frightens you?

Good.
You have awakened a sleeping giant, and we are not happy with you at all. You should be afraid enough to change your course o action. Immediately.
