Under normal circumstances I imagine there might be grounds for an investigation. But Chris Grayling set the incompetence bar so stratospherically high, this isn't even a pinprick to an elephant by comparison.
Just to be clear, the companies in question are major operators (unlike last time) so the questions raised must all be on the Government side of the equation.
