The Howell decision established the HJC with judicial enforcement authority by recognizing the House Judiciary Committee as a constitutionally valid impeachment investigation.

The HJC is now attempting to leverage that recognition into all other House committee aspects.
This case is the most critical case to the construct of the Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler and Lawfare crew.

If the appeals court agrees with Judge Howell, that would be affirmation of a constitutionally valid Legislative Branch investigation.

DOJ would likely request en blanc review
If full appeals court agrees (3rd loss for DOJ) only remaining option would be to request an emergency injunction from Supreme Court.

No amount of 2019 Barr praise for FBI Director Chris Wray can erase Wray's 2018 characterization of the IG report on FBI conduct as "no bias within the FBI".

Wray's 2018 presser, and subsequent inaction, speaks for itself; and speaks much louder than Barr's praise.
Decide for yourself. This is FBI Director Christopher Wray characterizing the IG report of the FBI conduct in June 2018.

Watch this presser, then contrast against Barr's words today.

Trying to reconcile Wray's action, which includes his characterization of the FBI 2016 election activity as "regular FBI conduct" - and his blocking of document production to a republican HPSCI, with Bill Barr's praise requires a leap of faith beyond my ability.

I grew up in Massachusetts. Because we moved and I switched schools, we studied the Pilgrims twice in elementary school, two years in a row, with two different teachers.

I remember asking this exact question so many times and nobody ever bothered to answer it.
We went on two field trips to Plimouth Plantation [sic]. We talked to the reenactors playing both Pilgrims and Wampanoag Native Americans.

At no point did we ever learn why the Pilgrims were deemed important, excluding reasons that were obviously bullshit even to an 8 year old.

Tupac is still alive: a thread
This is supposedly the last photo of Tupac. Notice anything weird?
1. The date. Tupac was "killed" on September 7, 1996. The date on the photo is a day after the shooting.
2. There are no keys in the ignition. The photo was supposedly taken while they were driving.
The coroner's report has Tupac's weight listed as 215 lbs. However, his license says that he is 168 lbs. Why would the coroner's report say that he is 47 lbs heavier than he actually is?
