But it looks like the Articles of Impeachment will go beyond the Ukraine scandal.
For example, the Resolution from last week directs all committees to continue looking into . . .
Also, two committees are working hard to get Trump’s Deutsch Bank Records.

I suspect (but I have no way to know) that things like witness tampering will be framed as an abuse of power instead of federal code violation.

So while I expect a simple framing, it does seem that the Articles will go beyond the Whistleblower's complaint.
