Hoyle: Decent, curt, straight down the line. Will be very fair, but perhaps not as daring in standing up to executive.
Laing: Don't know much about her. Have never been particularly impressed with what I have seen. Struggled a bit in Speaker's chair the other day. Got in a spot of bother a few years back for criticising Tulip Siddiq for leaving the Chamber to eat when she was heavily pregnant.
Bryant: Really does know and love the rules. Generally considered a very decent man. Implicit criticisms of Bercow suggest that he would have been more generous to govt over last few months.
Harman: Very senior, sensible parliamentary figure. Would likely be active in making sure female MPs were better represented and protected. Most likely to continue Bercow's more dynamic approach to making sure parliament can stand up to the executive.
Can't see anyone outside of those four making it.
