1. Time for a little bit of legal advice to the @WhiteHouse staff who are relying entirely on a corrupt @TheJusticeDept to break the law by ignoring subpoenas with full knowledge that their crime will go unpunished.

You're betting your life on Trump's reelection. And if he...
@WhiteHouse @TheJusticeDept 2...isn't reelected, willful violations of law cannot go unpunished. Such obstruction must never happen again.

So, let's go through the law. The violation is U.S. Code Title 18, Chapter 73, Section 1505. It reads as follows:
@WhiteHouse @TheJusticeDept 3...notice, there is no wiggle room here. There is not a "if they say in Fox News this is not a legitimate proceeding, I dont have to go." There is no "the President ordered me not to, so I get to obstruct." There CAN be an invocation of executive privilege, but NOT if you fail..
@WhiteHouse @TheJusticeDept 4...so, you have 180 days (assuming it starts today, that's March 3) until the statute of limitations starts to run. Which is....five years. That means you can be indicted up to March 3, 2025. Guess what that means? You have to hope TWO elections go by without someone willing....
@WhiteHouse @TheJusticeDept 5...to enforce the law appears. Will it happen or not? Do you seriously want to bet your life on this?

Lots of people before you made that serious mistake. They believed the president could protect them if they obstructed enough. Didn't work out well for them....
@WhiteHouse @TheJusticeDept 6...so,, time in prison? Five years. And then you go through life as a convicted felon. Have a law license? Buh-bye. Thats gone. Want a pardon? Too late if the corrupt president is gone.

So, five years or truthful testimony. That doesnt seem a hard call unless you are in a cult.
