i have been so scared to talk about this publicly, but with the support of the dragon prince community and others who've been treated terribly by aaron ehasz, i feel it's important to share. important threads from yesterday/today linked below. thank you so much for your support.
here is my initial response & thread about why lulu and i left wonderstorm. people close to us had heard us talking about how terrible the work environment and aaron were for a LONG time, and have just been too afraid to go beyond that.
here is @luluryounes' on her own experience, and like she mentioned, we were only scraping the top of the pile. i watched aaron wait for her to get back from coffee breaks to ask if she'd been "having a 1 on 1 with someone".. there's so much more.
i've seen a lot of people talking about boycotting the show, here's @luluryounes and i on some of our thoughts and info that i get more into later.
aaron has not only been manipulating his staff, but the community as well since day 1. he's been lying to fans and capitalizing on their love for the show, making them think seasons 2 and 3 relied on how loud they were about the show
and here is someone completely separate from wonderstorm, @MesaanaSedai, who worked for aaron during his time at riot. his behavior has been the same for who knows how long.
i wish i had known more before i took my job at wonderstorm, but i am thankful i was able to meet so many kind people through working on the dragon prince, and i am so happy lulu and i got out and can only hope the same for others. thanks again for all the support<3
