Kent says Volker met privately with Zelensky in Toronto in July “to underscore the importance of the messaging that Zelensky needed to provide to President Trump about his willingness to be cooperative.”

Kent also told investigators that he raised concerns in Feb. 2015 about Hunter Biden serving on the board of Burisma, saying it “could create the perception of a conflict of interest.”
