So as long ago as 2013, the editor of the Jewish Chronicle was battling to save western civilisation from 'the left' and hoping that Nigel Farage would help him in this job. Prime targets for him in the next few years were Ed Miliband ('toxic') and Margaret Hodge ('hypocrite').
The worst, nastiest attack on @Ed_Miliband was the Mail article which claimed that his father was a Jewish traitor (Classic antisemitic trope). It was written by Alex Brummer, a regular contributor to the Jewish Chronicle. Who defended Miliband on TV? Corbyn. Hmmm. Interesting.
When the first wave of ‘Corbyn is an antisemite’ broke and I watched many non-Jews wading in, I wondered out loud here if they realised the agenda coming from Pollard pre-Corbyn: his battle to save Western civilisation involved attacking left wing Jews.
