It's deeply amusing to see the same grifters who made dozens of videos about how doomed Vic's defendants were based upon his legal team's filings now saying that we can't trust legal filings as the responses are coming in and poking significant holes in his case lmao.
It's almost like when a given person submits documents to the court, those documents will claim they're in the right and put forth all the evidence that makes them look good, glad to see these people discovering that all of a sudden.
The libel-proof argument should be a pretty rock-solid one. Like, Digi has videos from years ago mentioning that he thought Vic was probably a sex pest, I'd heard the stories for years myself. It's undeniable that he had a pervasive reputation for being creepy with fans.

In most cases, I can just request ASL interpreters (yes, American Sign Language interpreters) months in advance. Who pays for it? Good question. That's something I've fortunately been mostly kept out of the loop on, rather than the discussions that happen at the conference! 2/N
But so we get terps set up months in advance, great. They're ASL, because I've barely had the chance to pick up any other language and it's my secondary mode of communication. ASL terps are hard to find in non-English speaking countries... UK too! UK uses BSL primarily. 3/N

This will be aimless and might take multiple days.
I will try to focus here on technical issues above ethical ones (unless they flow directly from the protocol)

Minor notes:
- I heard before Libra launched it would be partially based on Stellar/XLM. I'm curious if that's true but haven't read that paper. stellar.org/papers/stellar…
- At least one journo claims Libra does not have a working implementation. So I'm curious if the Libra paper is sufficient to create one or if it's partially aspirational. bloomberg.com/opinion/articl…

Greetings from the @FLSenate, where they'll be voting out their bill in response to the #StonemanDouglas shooting today. That's after a rare Saturday session to amend the bill.
