I've long urged that someone FOI Steele's reports on Ukraine. Two months ago, @JudicialWatch received response to FOI request. Steele reports totally redacted, but FOI provides email metadata showing distribution, report titles and report numbers.

@JudicialWatch 2/ report numbering in FOI appears to be in same format as Steele dossier numbering. It would be interesting to see memo styles. Redactions mainly based on B4, B6. (Nomenclature of refusal codes is online somewhere).
@JudicialWatch 3/ Reports begin in May 2014 and continue to Nov 2015. Winer (Bill Browder's pal) introduces the reports into State system, on authority of Victoria Nuland. No one knows who paid Orbis. Seems to me that provision of these reports to State constitutes lobbying of some sort. FARA?
@JudicialWatch 4/ then US ambassador to Ukraine Pyatt included in Nov 2015 distribution, but not in earlier emails provided in this FOI release.
@JudicialWatch 5/ Nov 2015 is interesting month for Biden quid pro quo controversy. According to George Kent, Nuland and Pyatt were responsible for cooking up scheme to link IMF tranche $1 billion to firing prosecutor Shokin. Kent placed Biden's ultimatum to his Dec 7-10, 2015 Ukraine trip
@JudicialWatch 6/ Kent said that he was on language training in US from Nov 25, 2015 to March and not party to these events. I'm not convinced that Biden presented quid pro quo in Ukraine in Dec 2015. IMO he appears to have requested Shokin resignation but didnt then link to IMF but not certain
