I seem to remember the left reveling, gleefully, when Kim called Trump a “dotard.”
"When I am commander in chief, our adversaries will know that America doesn't embrace dictators. All Trump has accomplished is emboldening Kim and endangering our allies,” @JoeBiden said.

North Korea apparently has trained 3,000-6,000 hackers and many are based overseas. In 2016 they plundered $81 million from the central bank of Bangladesh, launched attacks on South Korea, hit targets in Vietnam, Poland and Mexico, looted bitcoin exchanges.sc.mp/2nuQt5X
2. And since North Korea’s hacks come from a globally dispersed team of hackers, and the country itelf is largely unplugged from the rest of the world, hitting North Korea back via counter cyberattacks isn’t as effective as say hitting China or Russia.
3. Some of North Korea’s hacking to steal $ is due to the financial crunch the country faces from crippling international sanctions and North Korean leadership’s mismanagement. The whole system has to be reimagined - how can North Korea be converted into a US ally (like Iraq)?
