The text itself is short, elegant and absolute. Everything can be pardoned, except in cases of impeachment and as long as it is an offense "against the United States."
The Stone case represents the biggest pardon test for Trump. Stone is a life-long friend, ally and mentor to Trump. The conduct he was convicted of, he did it for Trump. The fact that he did not flip or testify -- he did that for Trump.

Yesterday I tweeted about the Trump v. Vance decision in which SDNY decided that a NY state Grand Jury could subpoena Trump Org docs as part of a criminal investigation.
Twitter, however, killed the part of the thread that was really important. The federal judge in SDNY DIRECTLY ATTACKED THE DOJ DOCTRINE PREVENTING PROSECUTION OF POTUS WHILE IN OFFICE. I try again.

Mr. Broidy invited several Angolan and Romanian officials to inaugural events in 2017—including a Romanian who was scheduled to stand trial for corruption weeks later.
Broidy also introduced Angolan officials to multiple members of Congress during that trip, which was soon after
the Angolan government agreed to pay his company $6 million for its services.

Broidy did not have a FARA registration, and lied that he wasn't being paid.
