FLYNN is asking Judge Sullivan for permission to travel to Korea for Christmas. 
Powell notes that prosecutors don't oppose this request and that it was granted last year, but in this case it brushes up against the possible timetable for his sentencing, which is still fluid.
Judge Sullivan has approved Flynn's request to travel to South Korea from Dec. 21 to Jan. 7, which means we're at least a month away from sentencing.
