Thread. At spice garden bus stop. 8.39 am. 500 CA was waiting and about to leave. This stretch on old airport road does not have #BusPriorityLane yet. So will start the actual timer, once I enter the ORR (1/n)
Reached Marathahalli bridge. 8.47 AM. 8 mins just to climb up the bridge. At the M'halli bridge bus stop. Waiting, waiting, waiting to leave (2/n). Left bus stop, 8.50 AM (2/n).
Reaching the service road entry to ORR on Marathahalli. There is a small pile up here. Right at the junction bus lane is blocked by a private bus (2/n) and a car which swerved into the bus lane coolly to stop 
We entered ORR at 8.52. Bus lane is blocked again by a private bus and this vehicle. Wasted at least 2 mins here waiting for them to move. His vehicle continues to ride on bus lane. And there are others ahead too. No enforcement @blrcitytraffic here.

After Bellandur, open stretch other vehicles didn't enter. But another bus overtook from right (10/n)
9.10 AM Sarjapur signal. 31 mins from spice garden. 9.11 AM Iblur. 32 mins. I don't have the exact data, but this is better timing than what I used to get, when I used to commute to Wipro. (11/n)

Conductor & driver were positive despite the violations. They said we need more people on the ground to enforce. Traffic police should take action and public should also co-operate. If bus lane is followed, we can do more trips. Driver Veerappa and conductor Kumara for you (20/n)
One suggestion from Veerappa and Kumara that at Kadubeesanahalli, the left entry to service road before flyover should be blocked and other vehicles should take the median lane to reduce the block up there. Afternoon it is worse, they said. (21/n)
It seems, yesterday, starting from ITPL at 3.30 pm, Veerappa and Kumara's bus reached Silkboard only at 6 pm!! Anyway, I reached Silkboard at 9.39 AM, exactly an hour from start. It took me 15 mins for the last 1.2km from HSR BDA to Silkboard. (22/n)
