New: A 2018 Fraud Guarantee investor letter sheds light on what Rudy Giuliani was paid to do for the company, which was founded by his now-indicted associates Lev Parnas and David Correia. It has been handed over to federal prosecutors in Manhattan.

Fraud Guarantee said it expected to pay Giuliani Partners up to $2 million in consulting fees for the 1st year + give Giuliani equity in the company. In return, Giuliani would help the company "closely mirror the LifeLock model." Key excerpts here: wsj.com/video/giuliani…
Also new: shortly after the letter was sent & Giuliani received $500K, he traveled to political events w/Parnas & Igor Fruman. They flew on a private jet connected to Trump donor Andy Beal, who gave $2 mil to America First Action. He declined to comment.

While attending those events, Parnas was photographed with former Florida AG Pam Bondi, who is now advising the White House on its impeachment defense strategy. The WH didn't respond to a request for comment.

The investor letter was provided by a man who said Parnas claimed to have a relationship w/ Trump. Parnas allegedly told him he could get this painting in front of him-- it was commissioned by the investor & depicts his idea for the construction of a Middle East peace platform.

A bunch of TikTok users are reacting to impeachment news.

One girl literally took a false claim from Snopes, cropped the "false" rating out of it, and shared it with tens of thousands of people.

TikTok took the video down after WSJ inquired about it.

The false claim: that a president impeached by the House but not convicted by the Senate is eligible to run for office two more times.

Video is challenging to moderate bc it has visual & audio components- that makes it hard for AI to catch and time-consuming for humans to monitor.

Because TikTok is at the nascent stages of moderating content, it might not have the manpower to take on disinfo, says @Klonick.

While we wait on the jury in the Roger Stone trial, I'm wondering if we'll ever know the real deal behind Stone's Aug 2016 "Podesta" tweet.

Jerome Corsi said Stone sought his help in creating a "cover story" for it, which Stone has denied:

In early Aug 2016, Corsi emailed Stone about WikiLeaks' plans. "Time to let more than Podesta to be exposed as in bed w enemy," he wrote.

Corsi told us last year that he merely "figured out" Assange had Podesta's emails, and he relayed that to Stone.

Stone has long maintained that his tweet was a reference to Podesta's lobbying activities, which Corsi had researched for him.

But Corsi contradicted him last yr, saying he didn't research Podesta until after Stone asked him to create an "alternative explanation" for the tweet.

Timeline:

Yovanovitch testified that Trump had concerns about her since July 2018. She believed bc of info that Lutsenko passed to Giuliani.

But Giuliani, on various TV shows, has said his Ukraine effort didn't start until Nov. 2018- months later:

-Fruman attended Mar-a-Lago event on 3/3, per his photos

-Parnas took pic w/Trump & dined at WH, per his 5/1 pics

-Parnas met w/ Pete Sessions on 5/9, per photos. That day, Sessions wrote to Pompeo seeking Yovanovitch's expulsion
