Resolved, That the House of Representatives—

(1) condemns United States Attorney General William P. Barr for his despicable comments and actions;
(2) calls on United States Attorney General William P. Barr to resign;
(3) calls on the Virginia State Bar to remove United States Attorney General William P. Barr from its rolls;

(4) calls on the New York State Bar Association to remove United States Attorney General William P. Barr from its rolls;
(5) calls on the D.C. Bar to remove United States Attorney General William P. Barr from its rolls;
(6) reaffirms support for the diversity of the United States; and
(7) reaffirms, in the strongest terms, its support for and commitment to the 14th Amend to the Constitution

Steps the FBI are taking to rectify issues:

First, we are modifying our processes under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), both for initial applications and renewals, to enhance accuracy and completeness.
Moving forward, in the very rare instance when FBI Headquarters runs a sensitive investigation, we are requiring prior approval by the FBI Deputy Director and consultation with the Assistant Director in Charge or Special Agent in Charge of the affected field offices.

The US, through its DOJ and State, and the UK, through its National Crime Agency (NCA), today announced the unsealing of criminal charges in Pittsburgh, PA, and Lincoln, NE, against Maksim V. Yakubets, aka online moniker, “aqua,” 32, of Russia, related to 2 separate international
computer hacking and bank fraud schemes spanning from May 2009 to the present.

A second indiv Igor Turashev, 38, from Russia, was also indicted in Pittsburgh for his role related to the “Bugat” malware conspiracy.

The DOS, in partnership with FBI, announced today a reward of
up to $5 million under the Transnational Organized Crime Rewards Program for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of Yakubets. This represents the largest such reward offer for a cyber criminal to date.

❤️🇺🇸 It is sad how SCOTUS treated it, but as I told Senator Schumer earlier there's still plenty of time to hear it in the fall. Chief Justice Roberts was wrong on assigning motive to the question before the court.🏛️⚖️
SCOTUS can make it's ruling in September, and it's possible to add to the printed version. Most of the censuses are not printed but are done on-line and by in the field interviews by census takers. See you in September.. ❤️🇺🇸🏛️⚖️

🥇These members of the 115th Congress didn’t think about the political ramifications, their reputations or the timing; they just voted honorably not to table the measure to impeach a prez who is clearly not abiding by the law or representing our country the way it deserves to be.
🏆Most of these members of the 115th Congress are still in Congress, but some are Governors or in new positions. One member, Louise Slaughter D-NY, sadly died in 2018. More on her later.
