This piece is a perfect example of the sick and twisted view of the NYT with regard to anti-Semitism.
nytimes.com/2019/12/11/opi…
They fully acknowledge anti-Semitism exists on college campuses and is connected with BDS; they fully acknowledge Trump’s EO is attempting to fight that. But they say the REAL anti-Semitism comes from white supremacists.
In other words, stop focusing on the types of anti-Semitism attributable to the Left, and focus instead on the anti-Semitism they can try to pin on Trump. Disgusting.
They don’t give a tinker’s damn about anti-Semitism. They’re willing to participate in it and make excuses for it so long as it comes from the political Left; they openly acknowledge that they ignore it when it comes from minority communities. nytimes.com/2018/10/31/nyr…
If anti-Semitism is merely a political tool to wield against your enemies, rather than to be called out wherever it exists, you’re part of the problem. And the pathetic, horrible NYT is clearly part of the problem.
