@SharoninFlorida According to some researchers yes...within specific subpopulations that gather around centers of power they're estimated to be higher (ie., 1 in 5 CEOs, politicians etc, Id add lawyers, law enforcement, and frankly any positions of power is going to attract such folks in 1/x
@SharoninFlorida droves such that general population stats are almost non-functional when sussing out what is what as socio/psychopaths are found in higher numbers than believed; ...where better to have control while you have to power to blame others and hide your wrongdoing)....2/x
@SharoninFlorida NOW ASK A CLINICIAN...my estimate from years of working with folks 15%.-17% overall and when all is said and done when approaching positions of power as high as 25%. I make the distinction between sociopathy, a successful borderline sociopath/psychopath and a psychopath. 3/x

@SharoninFlorida @DrWinarick White American society, which is built on racism and misogyny encourages the development of sociopathic behaviors as defining position and success as it is based on the oppression of others. I call this culturally normative sociopathy and WM have a goodly dose of this 5/x
