Ingredients (1/2)
1 can Goya cream of coconut
1 can Goya coconut milk
1 can evaporated milk (or evaporated soy milk if you like me can’t do lactose)
1/2 cup condensed milk (or condensed soy milk)

1/2 tsp rum extract (optional)
1/2 cup Bacardi Superior
1/2 cup Bacardi Oakheart
1/4 cup Bacardi Black
1/4 Tbsp ground cloves
1/2 Tbsp nutmeg
2 Tbsp cinnamon
4 sticks of cinnamon
Drop the cinnamon sticks in a 2 Qt jug.
In a mixer mix all the liquids starting with the creamy stuff working up to the milks and ending with the rums. Keep the mixer’s whisk on low constantly going as you take your time pouring everything in.
Add the spices and thoroughly mix for at least 3 minutes. Stop and taste with a spoon. If you scream WEPA then you’re done!
Poor the mix into the jug. Let sit over night for best results.
