Please add any citations for federal statutes there is a legitimate chance he could potentially face charges for - including those if he hadn't been able to buy his way out his entire life.
Aside from their obvious utility, there's a project I'd like to undertake that will use numbers as the medium - both artistic and interactive - and it would be very useful to have as a tool for those just starting to care about his criminality.
