The Nazis were not socialists. The Nazis put socialists into concentration camps.

Thought we’d make it through the very short rest of the year without this tired old myth being dragged out again, but oh well.
National socialism may have socialism in its name, but that’s about it.

I‘ve touched on this before:
But don’t just take it from me. Take it from the @Britannica:

britannica.com/story/were-the…
Or Snopes: snopes.com/news/2017/09/0…

Which also links to:
Or Richard J. Evans:

"Nazism was in some ways an extreme counter-ideology to socialism, borrowing much of its rhetoric in the process, from its self-image as a movement rather than a party, to its much-vaunted contempt for bourgeois convention…."

books.google.de/books?id=unXu2…
And the Holocaust Encyclopedia:

"They arrested Socialists, Communists, trade union leaders, and others who had spoken out against the Nazi Party; some were murdered."

So, no. The Nazi party was not socialist. It had counted people with certain kinds of socialist tendencies among its ranks in its early years (the Strassers foremost among them), and it had added "national socialist" to its name to appeal to working class voters.
But the NSDAP that took power in 1933 could no longer make any meaningful claim to socialism.

Those were the Nazis that the Allies fought in World War II.

Not socialists, but racist, nationalist right wingers.
